Permission comes first
Upload only logos, photographs, text, fonts and illustrations that you have the right to reproduce for the intended project. Recognition, online availability or possession of a low-resolution image does not by itself establish permission. Keep relevant licences and approvals with the project record.
Supported artwork
The studio accepts supported raster images, outlined self-contained SVG, single-page PDF and PDF-compatible Illustrator files within its upload limits. External resources and unsupported effects may be rejected. PDF and image previews are normalised for screen use; they are not a guarantee of vector-preserving production output.
Review the correct version
Check spelling, dates, identity, placement, image detail and code destinations before approving a proof. Published proof versions and decisions are recorded separately. A revised uploaded proof receives a new review version and does not authorise printing the unchanged original artwork. The corresponding production source must also be accepted.
Production is a separate release
Supplier-approved geometry, material suitability, appropriate print profiles and independent file validation remain mandatory. Sample PDFs and downloadable provisional dielines are labelled not for production. A realistic preview or customer approval does not bypass those requirements.
