Indicative prices from £0.69 per cup excluding VAT, with a current minimum of 50 cups. Default production planning range: 3–5 working days, plus delivery and proof approval. Live ordering remains closed pending commercial and supplier acceptance.
Can I place a live order?
The site currently supports design planning, estimates and watermarked sample proofs. Live payments and manufacturing release remain disabled until merchant, commercial and supplier acceptance is complete.
Are catalogue prices confirmed commercial offers?
No. Prices and delivery assumptions are indicative until verified. Use the calculator to compare quantities, extras and VAT treatment, then confirm the actual commercial terms before committing to an order.
Does a production range guarantee arrival?
No. Artwork preparation, proof approval, production, courier transit and receiving access are separate parts of the schedule. The estimator uses the configured working calendar; a planning range is not a delivery guarantee.
Does the preview prove the artwork is ready to manufacture?
A screen preview helps assess placement. It does not certify supplier geometry, material suitability, exact print colour or a production-ready PDF. Customer proof approval and production release remain separate checks.
Can I upload existing artwork?
The studio accepts supported PNG, JPEG, outlined SVG, single-page PDF and PDF-compatible Illustrator artwork within its upload limits. Use files you have permission to reproduce and retain the original source for review.
Can I use several designs?
The studio and calculator support planning multiple designs. Check the current quantity rules and options for the selected size. Separate artwork needs its own review; combined quantities do not remove every product or per-design constraint.
