Delivery planning
The calculator separates production turnaround from delivery service. Its working-day estimate uses the configured cut-off, closures and England-and-Wales bank holidays. Artwork preparation and proof approval also affect the schedule. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date or an accepted production booking.
Receiving arrangements
Confirm the actual destination, postcode, receiving contact, access restrictions and opening hours. Event venues, offices and temporary sites may have requirements that are not represented by a general courier estimate. Agree the final supplier and delivery arrangements before relying on a time-critical schedule.
Current ordering status
Live checkout and manufacturing release remain disabled. Catalogue prices, geometry and service details are indicative while merchant and supplier acceptance is outstanding. No live goods are being sold through this phase of the website.
Returns and problems
Final commercial delivery, cancellation, returns and complaint terms must be confirmed by the legal merchant before live ordering opens. This page does not invent a return period, exclude statutory rights or assume that every issue with customised goods has the same treatment.
