Information used by the service
Registration and sign-in use an email address and, for password accounts, a securely hashed password. Account features can store profile and address information, artwork, saved designs, proof decisions and order records. Project enquiries store the name, email address and message supplied through the contact form so the team can review and respond.
Essential operations
Authentication, private artwork access, security rate limits and account permissions support the requested service. Email sign-in links are single use. Administrators can review enquiries and order information needed for operations. Private artwork and internal staff notes are not published in the public content index.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded before an explicit analytics choice. It is not configured by default. You can reject optional analytics and still use the website, and you can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Public page measurements omit query strings; private workspaces are excluded from the intended measurement flow. Provider settings and retention require owner verification before analytics is activated.
Retention and account closure
The service retains records for its operational and security purposes. Guest artwork has an expiry period in the application configuration; expiry must not be mistaken for a verified deletion schedule. Closing an account disables access and creates a deletion-review request. Order, accounting or dispute records may need separate review rather than automatic erasure. The owner must confirm the final retention schedule and controller contact details before commercial launch.
Questions and requests
Use the contact page to ask about your information, correction, export or deletion. Do not include payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry. The legal controller identity and final privacy disclosures remain explicit launch acceptance items; this information describes the currently implemented service rather than inventing missing business details.
